Lejeune-BP is a French professional cycling team created in 1976 and which disappeared at the end of the 1978 season.
Roger Legeay, born on 8 August 1949 in Beaufay (Sarthe), is a French racing cyclist. An amateur from 1967 to 1972, Roger Legeay is credited with 36 wins. He turned professional in 1973 and remained so until 1982, winning 19 victories.
He took part in 7 Tours de France, 2 Tours of Italy and 1 Tour of Spain. He was twice selected for the French team for the World Championships in San Cristóbal, Venezuela in 1977 and in 1978 at the Nürburgring in Germany.
He won twice the points classification of the Tour de Suisse: in 1976 and 1977
After leaving the peloton as a rider, Roger Legeay remained in the peloton and became assistant team manager, then team manager of the PEUGEOT, Z, GAN team and since 1998, of the Crédit Agricole team until 2008.
